Yuan Chen is a partner at Global Law Office in Shenzhen. Her primary areas of practice include capital markets, corporate listings, mergers, restructurings and acquisitions, overseas financing and investment, and corporate governance. She has extensive experience across a wide range of industries, including film and media, technological innovation, digital internet, biopharmaceuticals, and e-sports.

Yuan Chen has led multiple onshore listings and bond issuances, as well as offshore follow-on offerings for a number of enterprises, with listing venues including mainland China's stock exchanges and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The industries covered include automotive electronics, media and entertainment, telecommunications equipment, and supply chain services.

She has also acted on numerous M&A and investment transactions involving both domestic and international companies and private equity funds. Her representative work includes assisting listed companies such as Shenglu Communication, Walvax Biotechnology, Launch Tech, Jinyi Cinemas, and Zhonghai Magnetic Materials in completing various acquisitions, as well as advising several PE funds on over a dozen investment projects.

Yuan Chen joined Zhong Lun Law Firm in March 2010, changed to Dacheng Law Offices in January 2015, and became a partner at Global Law Offices in January 2025. She has accumulated extensive experience in her practice areas over the years.
