Yi Lin has 18 years of experience in the fields of security and privacy. He has accumulated extensive practical experience through more than 50 projects in 14 countries. He is proficient in the requirements, guidelines, and applications of international standards, and can accurately identify and grasp the requirements of data protection laws, regulations, and regulatory oversight for the industry. By combining the needs of organizational governance and the stage of organization development, he sets pragmatic phased management objectives and achieves these goals through the implementation of a comprehensive set of best practices including organizational controls and technical measures, tools, and technologies derived from international standards, guidelines and recognized frameworks and methodologies.
Yi Lin holds certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) including CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, and CIPP/CN; he has also participated in the planning of the exam body of knowledge, exam item writing, and translation between Chinese and English for two certification exams.
